HPCL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have completed Graduate with good academic record from a recognized University/ Institute with Post Graduate Diploma or Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resources Management or Masters in Business Administration (MBA)/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Programme in Management (PGDM/PGPM) from a recognized University/ institution are desirable.
- Applicants also having at least five years of cumulative experience/exposure during the last ten years in various aspects of HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations in an organization of repute.
HPCL Recruitment 2022 Age Limit:
Age of superannuation is 60 years. Candidates do not exceeding Minimum Age Limit of 45 years and Maximum 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation for Internal Candidates, maximum 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation for Others.
HPCL Recruitment 2022 Salary Package:
Scale of the post is Rs. 180000-340000 (IDA) for selected candidates and Eligible Scale of Pay for Central Public Sector Enterprises is up to Rs. 144200-218200 (Level 14) CDA post 01.01.2016.
