TVS Motor Job Purpose:
Vision and ability to form design standards and design guidelines for Automotive UIUX applications keeping in mind the past, present and future markets for Visual, Tactile, Haptics & Audio applications.
TVS Responsibilities:
- Ability to understand the company, its mission, Products in offering, Target user, Users’ expectations, Competition, Technology, IPR and Design and Development of UIUX based automotive products
- Skills to perform user research and extract the inference
- Convert the inference in to feasible product solutions that enhances User experience of the Product and Brand in offering
- Deliver key design artefacts such as Story boards, User flows, Wireframes, Process flows and Prototypes
- Liaison with technical/Engineering team, Supplier and UI designer to arrive at best possible UI for the product
- Ability to use UI evaluation tools to fine tune the solutions
- Ability to present the solution to all team members and management
- Consolidate the feedback and share the final input to supplier
- Receive, test and evaluate the User Interface and User Experience
- Documentation skills
- Training of young designers
- Ability to handle multiple brands for different countries
- Ability and passion to upgrade domain knowledge through regular field visits
- Ability to Ride/Drive all types of two Wheelers and Four Wheelers
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Tools (AI, AE, XD, PS), Corel Draw, Keyshot, Invision and wire framing tools
