- Provide system impact, cost estimation, and implementation efforts for feasibility studies of new business requirements that relate to the applications in charge.
- Deliver IT solution design which is optimum in the given business context and in line with company security policy and IT architecture principles. The solution must also meet defined service KPI.

- In case there is impact on infrastructure e.g. need to expand system capacity, work with infrastructure team and vendor to deliver the required infrastructure. This includes system dimensioning, BOQ validation, performance test, and performance tuning.
- Provide third line support to operation team for incident investigation and problem solving.
