The candidates should complete Post Diploma in Town and Country Planning awarded by the Government of Tamil Nadu. OR Diploma in Civil Engineering awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, and should have experience in Civil Engineering field of not less than 03 years.
OR Diploma in Architectural Assistantship awarded by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, and should have experience in Civil Engineering field of not less than 03 years.
OR Any other Qualification equivalent to the qualifications mentioned.

Salary for the post is Rs.35, 400-1, 12,400/- per month.
