Board Exam Postponed 2021 News – Cancelled Exams amid COVID19 Surge [LIVE UPDATES]. Amid increasing of COVID19 positive cases across the country, the CBSE and several states have postponed or cancelled their upcoming board exams. Also several recruitment and entrance exams are also been postponed due to current pandemic. Let’s look the list of state that have postponed or cancelled the exams.
Earlier the CBSE has postponed the Class 10 Board exam while the board has cancelled the Class 12 Exams. Following the CBSE currently several states across India announced to postpone or cancel their exam in a view of COVID19 surge.
States like Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Odisha have postponed their board exams while Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir government have cancelled Class 10 exam and postponed the Class 12 exams. Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh announced that all PSEB students of Classes 5, 8 and 10 will be promoted to the next class without any exams. Class 12 exams have also been postponed
Meanwhile, a few states have decided to conduct the Board Exams 2021 as per the earlier announced exam schedule. Recently Conrad Sangma, Chief Minister of Meghalaya has announced Class 12 board exams will begin from 16 April and Class 10 exams will be conducted from 19 April onwards.
