• There are 80 job opportunities for Engine Driver, Sarang Lascar, Storekeeper, Civilian Motor Transport Driver, Fireman, and other positions, according to HQ, Indian Coast Guard Region (EAST) notice. The vacancy distribution by post can be found further down on this page. For all positions except Engine Driver, Sarang Lascar, and Storekeeper, candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 27 as of 31 January 2022.
• The maximum age restriction for Engine Driver, Sarang Lascar, will be 30 years, and the maximum age limit for Storekeeper will be 25 years. As stated in the announcement, the upper age limit will be eased. Candidates who wish to apply for this position must have the following educational qualifications: Matriculation Apprenticeship Certificate, 12th Pass, 10th Pass, and a valid driver’s licence for the position they wish to apply for. To be considered for this position, applicants must have two to three years of experience in a relevant subject. These experience requirements will differ depending on the position they are applying for.
• The selected candidates are eligible to get the salary of Rs.5,200/- to Rs.20,200/- . This may vary with respect the qualification and other co factors as per the norms. The selection of candidates will be based only on the merit in written examination. Along with this physical test/ skill test will be held.
