Royal Enfield Recruitment 2022 Job Purpose:
- The role of Dealer Channel HR (Manager) will lead, design and execute people strategies in line with the organization and function imperatives for all Dealership and Brand stores channels that will enable the Global Commercial Organization (GCO) function to achieve its business strategies.
- The incumbent will act as the lead for all people interventions, including end to end life cycle management, design and implement futuristic HR practices for creating a highly customer centric organization.
Royal Enfield Recruitment 2022 Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the people agenda for the function (Dealership channels)
- Design innovative practices and ensure implementation of people life cycle management for all Dealership channels.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Oversee the implementation of C-SAT track sheet and that feedback from stakeholders have been incorporated.
- Ensure cordial workplace by conducting regular recognition events and awards such as Spot Awards/ Employee of the Month/ Employee and celebrations.
Royal Enfield Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have completed Graduate / Post Graduate Degree (Full Time) in Human Resources / Psychology / related field with 8+ years of experience in a similar role in an HRBP role for customer facing functions (Sales / Service / Dealership).
