Infosys Fire Their Employees If They work on a project of the Competitive Companies. Some top IT companies like Infosys and TCS decide to go with the non-compete clause in their job contracts. The leading Information Technology firm Infosys contract now has a clause which forbids new joinees from working on the same customer’s projects across five named competitors, or their subsidiaries, for six months after leaving.

The company Infosys considered some giant IT sector companies as their competitors namely TCS, IBM, Accenture, Wipro and Cognizant. Infosys also leave a warning to their employees that, they would not be re join in the office if for six months after leaving if they work on a project of the same customer of the competitor’s company.

The new contract of the company Infosys reads,  “For six months after leaving, they should not accept an employment offer from a customer whom they were dealing with in the 12 months prior to exit from Infosys”. Pune-based NGO Nites give a complaint against Infosys in the central labour ministry for the welfare of the IT/ITES employees.
