TVS Recruitment 2022 Position Description:
- To be able to develop concepts, execute the design, CAD modeling, drawings based on the requirements. Should be able to handle development of parts & validation of subsystem.
- Process, Application integration across the value chain in NPD for a better performance with data governance.
- Standardize, Create, Maintain the data assets, applications across the value chain in NPD for a better process performance with data governance.
TVS Recruitment 2022 Primary Responsibilities:
- Make concept design layouts; create CAD 3D modeling and drawings, development of prototypes.
- Design calculations, use of CAD tools for simple analysis and optimization of design, familiar with CAE tools
- Consider design for Manufacturing, GD&T, Service, assembly etc. and support development, Prepare DFMEA, DFS, DFA for subsystem
- Exposure to advanced engine technologies, engine sensors, electronics and software – able to plan and co-ordinate DVP testing
- Problem analysis using QC tools
