TN Education Minister: Don’t believe Rumours, Exams to be conducted as per Date sheet. The annual exams in Tamil Nadu will take place on time. Anbil Mahesh, the state’s education minister, has stated that annual exams for school children will be held and that rumours will not be believed.

• Previously, a document claiming to be from the Tamil Nadu Government Education Department was circulated on social media platforms, claiming that the State Education Department had decided not to conduct annual exams for Classes 1 to 5, but that annual exams for students in grades 6 to 9 would be held between May 5 and May 13.
• Minister Anbil Mahesh, speaking on the subject, remarked that the exam will undoubtedly be held. “Final examinations will undoubtedly be held for students in grades 1 through 9, and public exams will be held for students in grades 10 through 12. In terms of the shorter time constraint, we’ve already lowered portions to 35 to 55 percent, and exams will be done accordingly. “Do not believe rumours,” Anbil Mahesh said.
