- To apply for BEL Career 2022, the candidate’s upper age limit must be 28 years old, plus the number of years of service in the Armed Forces must be provided.
- Ex-servicemen with 15 years of military service should be able to read and write in Hindi and Marathi, as well as have a working understanding of English. Character Assessment of the Candidate at the time of Release / Retirement should be ‘Exemplary’ and come from the Indian Army’s infantry, armoured corps, artillery, engineers, signals, E.M.E, and other weapons.

BEL Recruitment 2022 Salary & Selection Process:
- Shortlisted candidates would be paid a monthly salary ranging from Rs. 20500 to Rs. 79000/- plus any applicable allowances from the appropriate board. Eligible candidates will be summoned for document verification; after document verification, eligible candidates will be called for a Physical Endurance Test; those who pass the test will be shortlisted for the written examination.
- Document verification, a physical endurance test (for those who have been shortlisted), and a written test will all take place at BEL in Navi Mumbai. OBC and SC candidates are exempted from paying the application fee, which is Rs.250/-+18 percent GST. An application must be accompanied by a DD payable to “Bharat Electronics Limited” and payable in Taloja.
