BEL Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates must have SSLC (Pass) + Min. 15 years of service in the Defence Forces (Army / Navy / Air Forces) as Non Commissioned Officers and SSC Officer of Captain rank from Indian Army / equivalent rank from Navy / Air force/Class I Gazetted Officer of Central Paramilitary Organisations (CAPF’s).
- Applicants shall pass B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engg. in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/Telecommunication/ Communication.
BEL Recruitment 2022 Age Limit:
- Applicants do not exceed the Maximum Age Limit of 40 Years as of 01.10.2022. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for ST candidates.
- The upper age limit will be relaxable for SC, and ST candidates by 5 years and for OBC candidates by 3 years.
- Relaxation in age will be applicable to the Ex-Servicemen as per Government guidelines.
BEL Recruitment 2022 Selection Process:
The candidates meeting the criteria mentioned in the advertisement will be shortlisted for the selection process. Eligible Candidates will be called for Written Test for 85 marks and those who clear the same will be shortlisted for an Interview for 15 marks. The place of the written test and interview will be in Bengaluru only.

Wage Group-III / Career Path – III – Rs. 20500-3%-79000/- + admissible allowances for Havildar (Security) / WG-III / CP-III.
Project Engineer-I: Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs.40,000/- per month for 1st year, Rs.45,000/- for 2nd year, Rs.50,000/- for 3rd year, and in the event of an extension of the contract Rs.55,000/- for the 4th year.

Trainee Engineer-I: Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs.30,000/- per month for 1st year, Rs.35,000/- for 2nd year, and in the event of an extension of the contract Rs.40,000/- for the 3rd year.
Security Officer: Pay Scale for the post is Rs. 40,000/- – 3% – Rs. 1,40,000/- + admissible allowances.
