BHEL Recruitment 2022 For Engineering: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has been issued the Recruitment Notification for the post of Chairman & Managing Director under Public Enterprises Selection Board (PESB). Last time/date of receipt of complete application duly forwarded to PESB is by 15.00 hours on 21-02-2023.
The applicant should be an Engineering graduate/ Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/Post graduate/ Graduate with MBA/ PGDIM from a leading institute. The applicant should possess cumulative experience/exposure at senior level for at least 5 years during the last 10 years in Finance/ Business Development/ Production/ Operations/ Marketing in large organization of repute.
Age of superannuation 60 years and Maximum 2 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation for Internal Candidates and 3 years residual service as on the date of vacancy w.r.t. the date of superannuation for Others.
Board reserves the right to shortlist applicants for interview. The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or up to the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier. The minimum length of service required in the eligible scale will be one year for internal candidates, and two years for others as on the date of vacancy.
