DRDO Recruitment 2023 Age Limit:
Applicants do not exceed the Minimum Age Limit of 35 Years to the Maximum Age Limit of 55 Years as of the closing date of advertisement.
Relaxation in upper age limit (As per Govt rules):
- Up to 10 years for Divyang/PwD candidates.
- Age relaxation as per Govt. of India Rules for reserved categories is allowed for those posts only wherever category reservation is applicable. Accordingly, age relaxation against reserved category is applicable to Item No. 10 (Project Scientist-B post) only.
DRDO Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must have completed At least First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with Min 15 years of practical experience in design/ production/ integration of large naval system.
DRDO Recruitment 2023 Salary:
Salary Offered for the post is up to Rs. 2, 20,717 per Month for Selected Candidates.
DRDO Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:
All applications received within due date will be screened and shortlisted for further selection process by adopting any one or more of the following methods:
- On the basis of educational qualifications and / experience higher than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement duly supported by the Documentary evidence
- Relevance of experience as filled in application by candidates
- On the basis of Desirable Qualification (DQ), if more than one DQ is prescribed, on any one or all of the DQs
- By holding a Screening Committee Meeting including Technical Experts from Industry and Academia
DRDO Recruitment Fee 2023:
General, OBC and EWS male candidates are required to pay a non-refundable non-transferable application fee of Rs. 100/- payable online only while filling form. There is no application fee for SC/ST/Divyang and Women candidates.

All serving candidates working in Government or in Government owned organizations need to upload a signed declaration as per format given on the web site that they have informed in writing to their Cadre Controlling Authority (CCA) that they have applied for the post in RAC, DRDO and in case of any objection, the employer may communicate with RAC (at email: lateral1.recruitment@gov.in) directly within 15 days of the closing date of online registration.
