To be qualified for the post the candidates must have Retired/Retiring on 31 May 2023 from CDA scale with Substantive grade of Level 8/level 7 of the 7th CPC or equivalent IDA scale or holding analogous post. Preference will be given to applicants from DOT/ MTNL/ BSNL backgrounds. Retired persons from BSNL/MTNL under the VRS-2019 scheme are also eligible to apply.
