- Monitoring various parameters on a regular basis to identify early warning signals
- Collection /Recovery: Efficient and timely collection of delinquent dues; administration of legal recourse
- Customer Relationship: Understand customer portfolio, customer behavior, and repayment cycle; meet customers frequently
- Data Analysis: Interpret customer data to identify pre-delinquency trends
- Responsible for new client acquisition and managing the overall client relationship with respect to working capital finance in the MSME sector
- Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and provide banking and investment solutions to meet various needs of the customer and others.
Key Skills:
- Ability to negotiate and interact with people
- Strong sales and relationship management skills
- Ability to understand processes and products & use that knowledge to add value to the customer
- Analytical Tools
- Knowledge of technical tools pertaining to financial, accounting & statistics
