NLC Recruitment 2023 Notification: NLC India Limited (NLCIL) has inviting and accepting the Applications for engagement of Associate Advisor for a period of One year from Retired Senior Executive from E8 grade. Applications received after the due date i.e 16.07.2023 will not be considered.
Retired Executive not exceeding Maximum of 62 years of age as of the date of notification. Candidates must have completed Master’s Degree in Business Management / Human Resources / Personnel Management / Social Works with Experience in handling Industrial Relations, Disciplinary procedures, Terminal Benefits.
The combined monthly salary or honorarium will be set at a minimum equal to the scale pay at which he or she retired. A selection committee will make the choice. The NLCIL reserves the right to narrow down the field of applicants.
