Schools And Colleges Are Likely To Be Closed In This District!!! Get The Reason Behind It: In Uttar Pradesh, the schools and colleges remain closed today (10.07.2023) until the next few days till further announcements in Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, and Badaun districts. The reason for this holiday is Kanwar Yatra which will begin today and to August 15, 2023.
On because of this yatra, the polytechnic exam in Meerut and Muzaffarnagar district colleges has been postponed. The district administration of Muzaffarnagar has instructed the district schools and colleges to remain closed for 8 days from 08.07.2023 to 16.07.2023 and this also applies to all private and government institutions. In Meerut, the schools will be shut until July 17, 2023.
Due to heavy rain, the schools across the Gautam Buddha Nagar district will not function today (10.07.2023), the district magistrate has ordered the schools to shut due to severe down pouring. Indian Meteorological Department has warned the district regarding the rain and also issued yellow alerts to certain districts.
