Applicants do not exceed the Minimum Age Limit of 21 Years to the Maximum Age Limit of 50 Years.
MPSC Civil Judge Junior Level Eligibility Criteria 2023:
Candidates must have completed Degree in Law and Bachelor of Laws or the final year of the Master of Laws (LL.M.) with at least 55% marks on or before September 01, 2023.

- Salary Offered for the post is Level J in pay matrix Rs.1, 77,840/- plus other allowances payable as per rules.

MPSC Recruitment 2023 Selection Process:
- The entire process of service recruitment will be carried out as per the provisions of the Maharashtra Judicial Service Rules, 2008 or subsequent amendments made by the Government from time to time as well as the Commission’s Rules of Procedure.
- In respect of eligibility, the prescribed qualification, experience etc. are minimum and the candidate will not be eligible for interview or selection for possessing the minimum qualification.
- A candidate will be considered for interview or selection only if he is eligible for interview or selection as per the policy fixed by the Commission at that time.
The present examination will be conducted in the following three phases:
- Preliminary Exam – 100 Marks
- Mains Exam – 200 Marks
- Interview – 50 Marks
