Income Tax Recruitment 2023 Apply Link: The Directorate of Income Tax (Legal & Research)— Department of Revenue is in the process of accepting applications from retired Central Government officials to engage for the position of consultant. This article is to remind the applicants that the last date to apply for the post is November 17, 2023.
The above-mentioned post has four vacancies. Officers who have been superannuated at Pay Level 10, 11, 12, or 13 from the Central Government’s Department and have experience handling litigation and legal issues arising in the implementation of direct tax laws or others are eligible to apply for this position.
The upper age limit for the post is 65 years. Shortlisted candidates from the application will be called for an interview. The candidates will appear for an interview before the selection committee. The salary for the post will be as specified in the Department of Expenditure’s O.M. No. 3-25/2021-E.ll dated December 9, 2020.
