• Officers from the Central Government holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department, or officers with four years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 13 or above, or others, can apply for the post.
• An officer from the organized accounts services or an officer with experience in handling finance and accounting-related work and a bachelor’s degree in law will be preferred.
