- Central and state government officers working in the analogous grade (Level 14) in the relevant discipline OR in SG (Level 13) with 17 years of service in Group A in the relevant discipline or its equivalent can apply for the post.
- Should have experience working in the electrical department and in the area of traction distribution and railroad electrification.
