- Candidates should be Officers from the Central Government holding posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department or with 3 years of regular service in the Pay Matrix Level 12 of the 7th CPC (Rs.78, 800 – 2, 09,200)
- Candidates should have 4-year degree in Engineering or Technology or Master Degree in Computer Application from an Institute recognized by Government agencies.
