NCDC Recruitment 2024 Qualification
For Deputy Director:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree along with an MBA (Master of Business Administration)
- Candidates must hold a valid Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)
For Assistant Director:
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and be enrolled as an Advocate with a Bar Council

The selected candidates will be offered a Pay Level between 10 and 11 according to the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) pay matrix
