- Full-time 1st Class B.E/B.Tech, M.E. / M.Tech. and PhD in relevant discipline
- Full-time Master’s Degree with a good academic record with First Class or an equivalent CGPA in the relevant discipline
- Full-time First Class B.Lib.ISC / B.Lib.SC & M.Lib.I.Sc / M.Lib.Sc. with typing / PC operation.
- Full-time graduate in any discipline or M.B.A. (HRM/PM)

The salary for the position ranges between Rs. 30,000 and Rs. 46,400 per month.
