Candidates should have the following educational qualifications
- 4-year Engineering/ Technology Degree
- Post Graduate Degree
- Graduate having passed DOEACC ‘B’ level
- 4 year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science, etc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
