- Identify new opportunities for ancillary revenue streams (follow market developments, benchmark competitor offers, unique service, etc.)
- Conceptualize and implement products and services that lead generation of revenue, handle the integration of such products and services across all channels
- Monitor the attach rate of every ancillary service revenue with the air ticket on a daily and monthly basis and continuously devise strategies to increase the attach rates by routes and customer segment.
- Work with the in-house configuration team for all configuration settings and changes for Ancillary products
